Cannibal being on Marcella.
After a few mouthfuls of meat, Marcella will experience: unsteady stance and gait, decreased muscle control, tremors, deterioration of speech, and slurred speech. Marcella will not be able to go any faster than an unsteady trot. Continued eating of flesh at this point will produce an inability to walk or stand without support, severe tremors, and sporadic, uncontrollable laughter. Symptoms take between 6 and 12 hours to go away, depending on how much meat was consumed.
