judgement 1. Equines who pass on are immediately sent to Asphodel, which serves as the general lands of the afterlife. Horses in Asphodel may decide to join an aligned portion of the Afterlife by speaking to the Lord and/or Lady of either Utopia or The Underworld.
2. An IC thread with the ruling Lord or Lady of either side is required in order to be judged.
3. Each side of the Afterlife (Utopia/Underworld) decide upon the regulations they would like to have in regards to characters being judged. These regulations are subject to change dependent on leadership. Regulations might include just having to complete an IC thread with the Lord of Lady of Utopia or Underworld, or the character looking to be judged might be set a task they need to perform. Current expectations for judging for both the Underworld and Utopia can be found in the post below.
4. Equines who have recently been created and reside in Asphodel, without having yet been judged, are allowed to audition for Lady and Lord positions of either side of the Afterlife. However, if they do not win the position, they will remain in Asphodel and will still require judgment.

underworld Lord Xerxes and Lady Mictecacihuatl have made the following list of potential tasks that might be given to an individual who is trying to gain a spot in the Underworld. Tasks will be assigned on an individual basis during the IC thread between the Asphodel resident and the Lord/Lady of the Underworld.
If a specific task is preferred, or the character wishing to be judged has a different idea for a task in mind, this may be discussed beforehand OOC with the Lord/Lady. - Spy and gather information on a set target.
- Convince an individual to willingly give their soul to the UW.
- Help someone knowingly/unknowingly sin.
- If someone has already sinned, aid them in divulging further into said sin. For example, if an individual appears particularly greedy, convince them to further steal, hoard, etc.
- Gain an ally/follower.
- Stir up conflict and create a rift between allies, that are not allies of the UW. For example, setting Lights aganst Lights, or breaking an alliance between Utopia and the Versai, etc.

utopia Lord Nehemiah and Lady Rasa have made the following guidelines in regards to individuals who are trying to gain a spot in Utopia.
They recognize that not everyone is born equal nor have walked the same path in life, but that does not mean that there is not opportunity to do good, no matter one’s past.
They would like to determine one’s potential for Utopia by the weighing of the heart. Asphodel residents seeking a place in Utopia will be assessed on an individual basis, in which their current level of suitability for Utopia is determined. For example, an individual who is good-hearted and pure, such as one who has followed the path of Light their entire lives and never strayed, may find a place in the heavens by default should they decide to pledge themselves to Utopia. Those who might have something to atone for, however, may be provided a task set by the Lord or Lady. The tasks may vary in nature and difficulty, depending on how severe the individual’s sin originally was. For example, an individual who was known for stealing might be asked to give back, or a serial cheater might be required to act as a malachim of chastity for a time.
Such tasks will be decided during the IC thread with the ruling Lord and Lady once they have had the opportunity to speak with the Asphodel resident and have been able to make their assessment.
