x RASA The war rolled on. It had been months since she had proclaimed war. Battles had been fought, trades had been made, and still war progressed. She did not think she could stop the war even if she tried. There had been a taste for blood in the mouths of the hounds and they could not be stopped, could not be contained. They would chew through the bars that held them back if she tried. That was the thing about war. It changed you, even if you tried to prevent it. She could already tell she herself had been changed. But she had also been Lady of Utopia for so long that she was bound to go through different chapters of her leadership. She wanted to become a stronger leader, but in all honesty, it felt like the angels weren't pulling their weight. It felt like she had to rely mostly on the mortals to do anything, to get anything done, and it annoyed her. It angered her. What else did she have to do to get her angels out there? She felt defeated. So defeated. But she refused to give up, because without her, who else would have kept Utopia going all these years? They had struggled to find stable leadership until she came along, if you could call her stable. Sighing heavily, the bay angelic being began her voyage through Eden back to the Gates of Utopia. She passed through the borders of the Garden, feeling as her powers were painlessly stripped away, leaving her as an equal to everyone who passed through Eden. All that would separate her from the mortals would be her wings while she was here. She was not planning on meeting anyone at this time, returning from venturing out to the mortal world once more, so as she emerged through a line of trees and spotted another equine in the vicinity, she very nearly kept walking but a gut feeling told her to stop. Lifting her head, she peered at the stranger with partially narrowed eyes. "Good morning," she spoke, tone cautious and neutral but otherwise unafraid. After all, as Lady of Utopia, what did the angel have to fear? What was the worst thing that could happen here, where violence was not allowed? Eden. No doubt considered a lovely place by many, but assuredly not Nasuada's first choice in locations to visit. Not of her own volition, at least. On the other hand, she never had found an answer to the question she and a younger Cambion half-sister had briefly discussed when they had encountered one another in Eden. Namely, if violence was not permitted in Eden, could the disease that each Cambion carried still be inflicted upon others? Or did that which stopped violence from occurring also prevent infection? After all, the disease a Cambion carried did not have to be passed to a victim by way of violence. There were other methods of doing so as well, though at least thus far, the violent means had been the way Nasuada herself had inflicted her disease upon victims. There had not yet been opportunity to use her feminine charms to infect a victim, though she had no doubt that her father would find the perfect place and time for that to come to pass.
For the time being, she was once again in Eden, with no specific goal in mind. She was not even sure why she was here. As aforementioned, Eden was really not the Cambion damsel's first choice when it came to places she liked to visit. It might be pretty, but she also found it incredibly boring considering the restriction against violence. It limited the possibilities of what could happen at any given time. Whether it be violence that she threw herself wholeheartedly into herself or violence she manipulated someone else into throwing themselves into.... neither option was available in Eden. And with that in mind, Nasuada could not help wondering what purpose her father might have in mind that she ended up here within the boundaries of Eden. For she had no doubt that it had been at his whim that she had ended up here. Her whole life had been dictated by the whims of her father and the Underworld and she doubted that was going to change any time soon. In truth, she would have it no other way, unlike her older sister, Kacia, who seemed completely opposed to that which Nasuada had always found so comforting.
Giving herself a brief shake, it was then that the golden Cambion realized that she was not alone in this verdant place. Crimson eyes narrowed at the sight of Utopia's Lady and she wondered if this moment was the reason she had been sent here. What she could do with this moment, she had no idea, but only time would tell the result of this encounter.
"Good morning," the Utopian greeted, tone cautiously neutral.
'Good morning,' Nasuada answered, coldly polite as she eyed the Lady of Utopia warily. Character;; Nasuada Tagged;; fleabittengray w/Rasa Notes;; <3 Timeline;; 5 yrs; autumn, morning

x RASA Had she not been in Eden, Rasa might not have approached the young mare. However, being in Eden, she didn't have to worry about having to defend herself, didn't have to worry about getting hurt, and honestly the Lady of Utopia didn't have the time and energy to go running around looking for those to get into fights with. It was still a good idea to communicate with the enemy, to see if she could spot any weaknesses in the Underworld's armor that she could use against them. Despite being the one to proclaim war, Rasa was not a fan of it. She hated violence, in all honesty, but enough was enough. Of course, she already knew that all of the blame would be put on her, and not on those in the Underworld for taking Nehemiah in the first place. She would always be at fault, for everything. She wondered if the angels blamed her as well. Maybe that was why they were hardly active at all. Maybe that was why she was such a failure - because she was at fault for everything. The toxic thoughts swirled in her mind as she stood waiting for the mare to acknowledge her. The stranger looked at her with skepticism, which was expected, considering she may very well be aligned with the Underworld. Rasa was making assumptions, but they were pretty safe ones, with the look the girl was giving her. 'Good morning,' Her tone was polite but cold, as if she was annoyed at the Lady of Utopia for approaching her. She very well may be. Then again, Rasa was not going to just walk on by without some attempt at conversation with the enemy. "How are things?" she asked, and the question was genuine. If there was a struggle that Rasa could help with, she would. She just wanted to help the world. She was tired of everyone thinking all she desired was to see the whole damn place burn. That wasn't in her nature. She got angry, but eventually, that anger fizzled away, leaving only logic and reality. Perhaps this was a mistake, starting the war, but she was sticking to her guts and going to hope for the best when it came to the outcome.
