Reznikov was no stranger to desolate lands, particularly the landscapes surrounding a volcano. She stepped lightly, finding that a safe distance to admire the dangerous piece of natural beauty sufficed enough for her. In some ways, the barren spot of which she stood was exceptional, being that there were so many other parts of this world that she could enjoy with vegetation and glory. But she was here for a purpose, continuing to gather intelligence, not that she was very lucky in the previous attempts. She felt that she had gotten lucky, Riddler was unstable in many ways, fighting whatever internal battle he constantly carried with him, but to make sure that she rarely saw him again, would be too soon the next time she did. Reznikov recognized that things were beginning to escalate and she was wary of being alone anymore. But that was okay. She would eventually find her right path that suited her and those that may or may not actually depend on her.
Eventually, she grew bored of her location and thought taking a stroll keeping the volcano on her left would bring some change to the scenery and create a situation for her. She was not sure what she was supposed to be looking for; at the moment she was lucky to have found just the one but some of the stories told through the whispers on the wind brought harrowing adventures that Red was just as happy not dealing with. She knew though that her luck would run out and playing the new foreigner was now no longer a valid measure of play. That was okay though; as she had continued on her endeavors to find intelligence, she was also finding that her questioned loyalties brought her the multi-tasking of deciding with what information she did gather if such loyalties were worth it in the end.
She was also aware that eventually this might cost her her life.
<3 sorry I hope it gets better as we continue along!

War had come. To think that it had been Utopia to declare war upon the Underworld, rather than the reverse amused Vyreth. Given the angelic stereotype, it was hardly what most going about their daily lives were likely to expect. The crimson and ivory hellion was not surprised, though. Push anyone long enough, sooner or later things were going to boil over. And if anyone could be said to have been pushed beyond the brink, Vyreth did not doubt Rasa fit the bill. It gave him some satisfaction to know that he had contributed to that. Perhaps the day would come that she would learn that he was responsible for what a couple of her angels had endured. Not that they had been hers exactly... not at the time that they had been ensnared. What had happened to those who should have been watching out for the angels under their rulership? Perhaps like a fair number in recent years, it had been the Mist. Either way, chaos was on the rise and if there was anything that Vyreth liked to see more of, it was undoubtedly chaos. Ending the world as equine society knew it was the reason he had been born and though no one was left in power now who had been part of that specific plan, there were plenty of ways to continue on that path to some extent. Perhaps the day would come when he was truly unleashed upon this world in the way he had once been meant to, but in the meantime, participation in this conflict was satisfactory enough. Several of his offspring had specifically stepped up to take part. Most on the side of the Underworld. One notable exception, but Vyreth had every intention of using that to the Underworld's advantage regardless. And the bonus of spiting both Trinity and their son would be entertaining as well... Mount Malvolia was barren enough that it was no difficult thing to spot when another equine was in the vicinity. Crimson voids sized her up briefly, even as he approached the mare without hesitation. Amusement quirking his lips, he remarked easily once within conversational range, 'I see I am not the only one opting for the unusual stroll alongside a volcano.'Character;; Vyreth Tagged;; Welder w/Reznikov Notes;; <3
