It hardly seemed like any time had passed since that night on the beach, a roaring bonfire both unnerving and fascinating, while Afterlife leaders wove stories for the respective groups of youngsters who had gathered to hear them. However, not only had time passed, but a great deal had changed in the interim. For one thing, Lord Nehemiah, who had been at the bonfire, was gone. Tisiphone did not know the details, had mostly heard rumours, but felt sad to hear it.
Especially given that she had felt a bit bad for the disappointment she had felt when she had arrived at the aforementioned bonfire to find the Utopian Lord was not the one she had been hoping so much to meet. The moment she had heard that the leaders of the Afterlife were holding an event, she had wavered. On the one hand, she had most assuredly wanted to go and finally thank Lord Cadence in person for giving her life when she had been initially stillborn. On the other hand, the very idea frequently had left her a completely anxious wreck. She might never have gone, if Nykeria had not practically pushed her all the way from Dark Woods to the beach. Of course, all that nervousness had been for naught, given that the Utopian Lord she had sought to thank had not been there. Instead, she had learned he had been taken by something called the Mist.
To learn that there was something that could bring down even the most powerful of the Afterlife entities had been... unnerving to say the least. And deeply distressing, given the one taken had been the one to whom she owed her life. And she had never gotten to thank him...
Of course, rumour had it now that Lord Cadence had returned. Tisiphone wished she had been paying more attention, so she could have known for sure. She did not want to get her hopes up too much, but if he had returned... if maybe she could finally get the chance to thank him for what he had done for her...
Perhaps that was why she had asked Nykeria to bring her to Eden. On the off chance that she might encounter someone who knew the truth for certain, instead of just rumour. Character;; Tisiphone Tagged;; fleabittengray w/Rasa Notes;; I don't remember if we had a specific plan for this thread? But this be a starter on my list and I'm going to go on that she is hoping to encounter someone who can tell her for sure whether Cadence is back or not. ^^ Timeline;; She is 3 years old; mid-winter, early afternoon

x RASA When would the war come to an end? And who would be victorious? Rasa wanted Utopia to be the victors of this war, of course she did, but she knew that the Underworld had the upper hand. They had more active members, more active followers, and Rasa was feeling all the more hopeless with each passing day. What more could she do? She had been trying to rally up the troops for so long... but instead, her angels just... were useless, quite honestly. She felt so alone, so very alone, and she did not know how to keep her hopes up much longer. Cadence was lovely, he was great, but she existed with constant anxiety that she was going to lose him again. That the Mist would consume him a second time, and she would be left yet again looking for another Lord to rule beside her. She hated the anxiety, the fear, the hopelessness. She often felt like she was suffocating, despite having no need to actually breathe. If only there was someone who could understand what she was going through... but she could not think of any active leader who had been leading as long as she had. Wild Equines was full of constant change. And Rasa just... didn't know what to do anymore. Feeling antsy, and like she should be doing more, the angelic leader found herself exiting through Utopia's Gates and wandering out toward Eden. There was an instant senes of what could only be described as relief as she entered the borders of the garden and her powers were striped from her, at least for the moment. Here, she was equal with everyone else. The only thing special about her was her wings. She smiled, feeling a momentary peace, and she began to wander aimlessly through the greenery. It was a lovely day here. Somewhere in the afternoon time, she figured, though it was always hard to tell, when she spent so much time in Utopia. Time was different there, than in the mortal realm. Time was an utterly confusing concept to begin with, especially when in the Afterlife. She would never understand how it flowed. Always moving, never ceasing, like a river. Her wandering brought her deeper into Eden, closer to the edges where it bordered the mortal realm, and it was there that she spotted another equine. She did not recognize the mare, but another several seconds of gazing at her from a distance had Rasa grinning, whinnying warmly in the other's direction. It had been some time since she saw the other, but she recognized her from the bonfire... where she and Nehemiah had shared the story of Wild Equine's history and the Afterlife. She could not remember the girl's name, but she knew that she had been present that night. "Hello," Rasa said as she approached, "I am afraid I do not remember your name, but I do remember seeing you many moons ago, at the bonfire event. How are you, my dear?"Indi w/ Tisiphone 502 | ProfileSounds good to me! <3 20 years 6 months, winter, early afternoon
