the neutral kingdom
about
The Neutral Kingdom is a territory with a rich history within Wild Equines, ever since it saw its first royals, Kain and Audrey, command the entity. Over its existence, the kingdom has experienced many trials and tribulations. It saw the King and Queen, and their family, murdered, back in the early years of the kingdom. It nearly met its destruction in the year of 2018, where the Neutrals endured a loss in a great war against the Helkaer. Since then, the kingdom has been building itself back up, with the current royals focusing largely upon improving upon the defense of their dominion. the royals
KING AVINASH Avinash was born and raised within the Neutral Royal Herd, having bloodlines that are tied in many ways to royalty. From birth, he had been trained and readied for the eventual day he would become king. He is a humble being, and one who is immensely proud to be a leader of this wonderful kingdom. He wishes to continue on the work of his family members who have ruled before him, doing both them and the kingdom proud. QUEEN BOUDICCA Boudicca was born into slavery in a barren wasteland, devoid of life and softness. Boudicca’s life has been filled with joy and happiness as a child, which quickly became uncertain and difficult. Boudicca learned to become a strong, fearless woman just to survive, which was a completely different woman than she started out as. She has held many roles in this lifetime: slave-child, failed birth mother, war pup, commander of an army, and a queen twice over. Because of this she is prideful, loyal, protective, and fearsome queen who would fight to the end for her people. But she also hopes she can become a comforting and warm presence to her people. She hopes she can make the people of the neutral kingdom proud.
our goals
The Neutral Royals wish to be rulers that are involved in the day-to-day lives of their subjects. They wish to work alongside their mainland leaders and their herd members, and not simply rule above them. A great deal of effort is going to be committed to ensuring appropriate communication with the herds to maintain a good relationship.
In addition, the King and Queen will both put tremendous effort into the Neutral Defense Council, a faction that is dedicated to ensuring the protection and wellbeing of the Neutral Kingdom. While the royals can see themselves as being those who help out other kingdoms or individuals in need, their main concern is firstly and fore mostly helping their own kingdom thrive.

mainland expectations
general The Neutral Royals would like to maintain a close working and personal relationship with the leaders of their mainlands. It is expectation that each royals be acquainted with the leaders and vice versa. The royals would appreciate efforts on the behalf of the mainland leaders to attempt to maintain communication with the royal herd in regards to any news, events, etcetera happening within the mainlands. The royals will attempt to do the same.
In addition, by becoming a mainland leader in the Neutral Kingdom, or maintaining status as a mainland leader, your character must participate in the Neutral Defense Council.
In exchange for their efforts towards the Neutral Kingdom, the Neutral Royals will do their best to provide protection to the mainlands be it through means of deploying the Neutral Defense Council's soldiers and aid, or through other means such as assigned guardian angels. The Neutral Royals will also contribute aid to the mainlands in terms of utilizing their extra block in steals for the herds, and reaching out to the Afterlife to administer blessings (ie. cure an injured/diseased foal, cure an injured individual, negate poor weather effects, etcetera), should a mainland leader reach out to request aid. In return, the Neutral Royals ask that the mainland leaders abide by these simple rules, so as to keep the peace within the kingdom: No mainland leader or their herd members will participate in unprovoked murder, rape, massacre, or taking someone hostage. Any such action could result in the herd leader or involved individual being placed on trial by the Neutral Kingdom. trials Should any mainland leader or herd member break the rules outlined above, or in any other way perform an action that could be seen as treasonous towards the Neutral Kingdom, the Neutral Royals can place the individual(s) in question on trial. The guilty individual will be called upon for a hearing alongside the inner circle of the Neutral Royals. The guilty individual will be allowed the opportunity to plead their case, and then the Neutral Royals and their inner royal circle will vote on what is to happen. Examples of results could include the guilty party being cleared of their charges, being forced to pay a debt of servitude to the royals, being exiled from the kingdom, etcetera.
claiming a land If there is a land available for claim, any interested party must approach the Neutral Royals in Tremala Woods to express their interest in the land. If more than one party expresses their interest within a two week period (the two week period starting from the date the post for the first claim was made), then the royals will allow the vying individuals the opportunity to fight one another for the rights to the lands. The royals have set the base rules of 3 hits, 1 dodge, and 5 days to reply for these battles. Extensions can be provided at the discretion of those involved, should they deem it appropriate. challenging for a land Individuals interested in challenging for a currently owned mainland are at liberty to do so. If their challenge is successful, it is expected that a thread is created to inform the royals of the change in ownership within two weeks from the finalization of the successful challenge.
activity It is expected that Neutral Mainland Leaders are active and involved members of their community. It is for this reason that we have implemented activity rules, which are as follows:
- Mainland leaders must be posted 5 times within a 3 month span. - At least 1 of these 5 posts must be within the Neutral Kingdom itself. - Two strikes will be allowed to mainland leaders, should they not maintain the activity outlined above. - Once a second strike has been received, the mainland leader will be expected to make 2 extra posts (any location) within the next immediate cycle. Inability to meet this requirement gives the royals cause for dismissal of the mainland leader in question. - Strikes will remain on file for the subsequent two cycles before being removed.

the defense council
general The Neutral Defense Council was an assembly that began to be contrived following the war of the Neutral Kingdom versus the Helkaer Brotherhood. Wishing to not have to endure the pains of war and the destruction that was suffered following the feud, the royals began to work towards better protecting the kingdom. By becoming a mainland leader in the Neutral Kingdom, or maintaining status as a mainland leader, your character must participate in the Neutral Defense Council. It is expectation that mainlands contribute in their own way to the protection of the kingdom through the various roles that have been assigned to them. Specifics of the council include: - The council is made up of the reigning royals, the mainland leaders, and a volunteer from each mainland.
- The council will meet on a frequent basis (once every 6 months and upon need) to discuss the progress of the herds in their roles and decide if changes need to be made.
- The expectation of the mainland leader is to ensure that they have herd members trained/dedicated to the role, and oversee the role themselves.
- The expectation of the a herd's "volunteer" Neutral Defense Council role is to participate in the meetings, as well as keep up to date with the progress of the other herds, so that communication between all is well maintained.
- Herd members are allowed to traverse to other herds to work in roles that their resident herd is not assigned to, without having to permanently displace themselves.
roles 1. CombatThis role is dedicated to the training of individuals to act as soldiers for the Neutral Kingdom should they be required. They are the ones who participate most actively and physically in the defence of the kingdoms, and the ones who are seen on the frontlines of battles. Assigned Herd: Dark Woods Leader: Vojorn Volunteer:
2. Healing This role is dedicated to the education and practice of healing skills, to aid those who have become injured. Assigned Herd: Black Rose Ravine Leader: Cirilla Volunteer:
3. Intelligence This role is dedicated to gathering news on events happening in and around Wild Equines, so that the Neutral Kingdom may stay "in-the-know". Assigned Herd: Shadow Canyon Leader: Nikko's Melody Volunteer:
4. Refuge This role is dedicated to providing asylum for any and all who might need it, whether it be someone needing a brief safe place to spend the night, someone who has had to leave their home, someone who doesn't have a home, etcetera. Assigned Herd: Eacarrah Leader: Gavin Volunteer:
