Zohyd// The custom foal item only covers the addition of 3 genes, whereas your foal would have 4 (Sty x2, and then the second LP and P2 as Acacias cannot pass them both). You'll need to edit your foal's genes - either to have Stysty or P2p2 to get the same coat colour.

Hey Zohyd//, still not quite right haha. Sorry for the confusion.
In order for foal to be snowcap they still need one P2 gene. Essentially you can't have all three genes Sooty, LP and P2 as Homozygous. Each single gene is considered one out of three for spontaneous genes/custom foal. So nSty is automatically 1/3 used/ Since you have it as StySty that's 2/3 used. The dad can pass down one LP and one P2, but you only have one gene left to use. So your options for genetics are;

Ee/Aa/nCr/StySty/LpLp/P2p2 -- Homozygous sooty and LP, heterozygous P2. (Genes used are Sty, Sty and LP) This would result in foals definitely having an Appaloosa gene but potentially not carrying over the snowcap.
Ee/Aa/nCr/StySty/Lplp/P2P2 -- Homozygous sooty and P2, heterozygous LP. (Genes used are Sty, Sty and P2) This would result in foals definitely having a P2 gene, but potentially not having a Lp and P2 requires Lp to be visible.

If I were you, I would just go with Ee/Aa/nCr/StySty/LpLp/P2p2.

If the horse is just Ee/Aa/nCr/StySty/LpLp they would be essentially a Sooty Varnish Roan Buckskin. Long story short; you need at least one P2, if you want two P2's then you need to remove one of the Lp's. If you want them to be homozygous Sooty, Lp and P2 meaning each of their foals they will have will be Sooty Snowcap, then you would need to buy another Spontaneous genes.
