Canon Apprentice Activity Thread

how it works

• It is the responsibility of the canon apprentice players to make sure they post here when they want their canon activity date updated. If the player does not post here within the time limit, they are subject to warnings and potentially forfeiting their position. The 15 days will begin from the last date this thread was updated to, regardless of if the player has posted in the away board. If you have outstanding circumstances that you literally cannot get online to post you may ask staff for an extension. You must let a staff member know beforehand, and it must be for a legitimate reason (i.e. lack of internet, family matter, etc.)
  
  
• Canon apprentices work off a 3 strike approach. When you have gone over your 15 days without updating this list, only 1 warning will be sent via PM. You must then post within 3 days of the time the PM is sent or you will lose your position. At the second warning, there will be a serious talk about the position. On the third warning, the position will be forfeited.
  
  
• In order to update this thread, please fill out of the form so staff can update your activity.
  
  
• If you have recently obtained an apprentice position, your date starts the day you were awarded the position and you must post within 15 days of that date or you will receive a warning.
  
  
• After 4 months, a warning will be dropped. If you have newer warnings, those will stay.
  
  
• Post made in the "Interlude" board do not count toward apprentice activity.
  
  
• When making apprentice posts, please make sure that you use posts that have not been edited. This makes it less confusing for staff members when updating the thread and checking times. Thank you!
  
  
• Recycled posts are not allowed to be used for apprentice canon activity posts. If you play an apprentice character, you should be posting at least one new post every two weeks, therefore maintaining activity.
  
  

for staff

• Staff cannot update their own time, another staff member has to update it, so you must post to this thread as well.
  
  
• Check the DATE of the post. People don't often post here on the same day they made the reply.
  
  
• Update the list and then delete the post the member made in this thread.
  
  
• Apprentice activity goes off the day not the exact time.
  
  
• If warning is sent out, put what date you sent it and your name.
  
  
• CHECK THE DATE ON THE POST - All times will be recorded to GMT-7 (WE time). In order to get the exact date from a post, simply "quote" it. While we aren't using times, this is still important for time zones!
