CHRYSANTHEMUM
There was something about walking around in an open field to see all the green. Everything from short grazed grass, to patches of long and wild grass and flowers, dancing in the wind. She liked those patches, they were filled with life and colour. There were even a few bushes here and there, usually up against the few scattered trees that decorated the plains, bushes with mostly flowers, even a few roses and thorns, like the ones decorating her own hair. The chimeric mare was walking gingerly towards one of those patches of flowers and grass, wanting nothing than to inspect what grew there, being so interested in herbs and what not that she was. Despite not being what her mother and father had wanted, she was still very much her mothers' child, the child of a witch, with all the knowledge it came with. It was in the middle of this that the chestnut and greyish mare noticed someone that stood out quite a bit to her; a pale and very large stallion. Why she got the feeling that he would be good company,s he didn't know, but it was towards him that she steered her steps, her long tail and mane dragging behind her through the grass, picking up new flowers here and there as she made her way over to him. As she came up to him, her head tilted back some, just to be able to look up at his huge stature, and by now the ends of her hair were tipped in all sorts of flowers that she had picked up. Seeing them out of the edge of her eye, she got tempted to cover him in them as well, his white hair would just look so pretty with them! "Hello! May I put some flowers in your hair?"Without even waiting for a reply, or waiting for a hello back, she lowered her head to the flowers and picked them with her lips, effortlessly reaching what she could of his hair, and putting them in, her soft velvet lips nudging him every now and then. Her golden eyes grew with excitement as she saw how pretty they were against his colours, and he was such a big canvas to work on! "You're so pretty with them!"Most would indeed find her annoying and pretty stupid, without a doubt. Just walking up to very large strangers like this without a thought for safety, most likely annoying them and possibly putting herself in danger... But where was the fun in not using a pretty model like this? tag; Abaddon / medilic timeline; Past summer

When Abaddon woke up this morning this wasn't exactly how he planned his day going; he did not know he would find himself deep within the open plains, and he did not expect to find himself being waltzed up too by this little mare who apparently had no fear or perhaps she just did not find him unusual. Either way you can say that Abaddon was no less intrigued and honestly a bit taken aback by the sudden attention, especially when she just began to decorate him with flowers. A slight pull of his lips and the flick of his lobes and tail was the only hint at dissatisfaction he gave her. But Abaddon could not deny a part of him was curious if this is truly how she went about her days running up to strangers and making them into her own little bouquets. She had asked however, so he guessed if another had responded with no she probably would have stopped. That proved to be a bit of a problem for him however, he was quite unsure of this lady and didn't find himself willing to speak to her. He couldn't care less about her opinion of him, but he still didn't know exactly what to think of her; other than she was simply harmless, at least for the moment. For how much he was complaining in his head you'd expect him to make more of an effort to shoo her away or to make her stop with the flowers. Yet, all he did was stand there and watch her still a little unsettled, but his emotions were soon coming back to a more neutral position on this matter. He took the time she used to grab flowers to study her, she was well built and honestly quite appealing to look at. He wasn't new to chimeras considering his half-brother was one, but she had more oddities to her than just that. From her eyes to the flowers and thorns that wound themselves through her hair, she was odd. Once again, she spoke to him calling him pretty? Now that received a quick huff in response and a flare of his nostrils, he had been called many things throughout his life but pretty had not been one. He had mixed feelings about this; he was usually someone that people went out of their way to avoid. In fear he may lash out at them, or just because sometimes the silence he offered became too uncomfortable for others. He never particularly minded the avoidance in fact he probably enjoyed it more than anything, he didn't find a need to socialize amongst others. He had his brothers, and even with them his words were sparse. To him there were many forms of communication, and he preferred the ones of silence and the ones of teeth and blood. Abaddon was still staring down this poor lady, not caring too much if it chased her off. However, he turned his body away from her expecting her to get a hint to leave him be; but a part of him had a feeling that it would take more than that to get this lady to leave him be. He could always ignore her though; he leaned his head down as he grabbed at the grass under him and began to eat. He could see the flowers dangling out of his mane from his peripheral and that just made him snort and shake his head. To his displeasure those flowers were definitely more stuck in his hair than he would have liked. Even now though he paused in his chewing to look back at the mare, wondering just what she was thinking and doing. Words: 621 Tag: Chrys/ faeriiefox Time: Last summer LAIKA OF GS!

CHRYSANTHEMUM
When the large stallion didn't move away from her as she started to decorate him, Chrys just decided to go all in with it. Deciding that blanket flowers were the best fitting, she concentrated on picking those, nudging them into his mane and making him into her own personal canvas. A very pretty one at that, his white and black hue playing in very nicely with the colours of the flowers. Despite how he huffed and gruffed about the flowers, she continued, right up until he turned away from her. It was obvious that the man was trying to disuade her from continuing her decorating, but there wasn't much in this world that could actually get her to stop if she had found even a little give on plastering others with flowers. It wasn't even like she did this to everyone, although she often wanted to, but if someone allowed her to start, she usually never stopped. Even as he turned away from her, she just picked up some more flowers, this time putting them into his tail, since he had so nicely offered to her. Don't mind if she do! Snickering a little bit, she started to hum a little song as she worked, and it didn't take too long before there were several flowers in his tail, since she didn't have to reach quite as much to get them in there, as with his mane. He was a large stallion, and she was not, pretty obviously. However, his tail was not as good of a canvas to decorate as his mane, so she soon strutted around him once more, ignoring the fact that he was eating, and started to put flowers in his mane again, taking her chances as he dipped his head to nip at the tall grass that surrounded them. "Did you know that deers and rabbits doesn't like these flowers? So you won't have to worry about them stealing the flowers while you sleep! I could probably also put some strands of lavender in your hair, it'd be good for when you sleep."She had no care in this world that the facts that she was rambling wouldn't be of interest to him, she was just making conversation, hoping that maybe he'd find something of what he said either fun or memorable. Even if he didn't though, she wouldn't really mind. tag; Abaddon / medilic timeline; Past summer

Abaddon stopped in his tracks the moment he felt her added flowers to his tail, his ear twitched back and he turned his head just slightly to glare at the lady. Flicking his tail at her face in response before turning his head and rolling his eyes. He could tell this would be a stubborn lady to shake. Her snickering made him smirk just a little before he shook it off and went back to grazing and trying his darndest to ignore the feeling of his tail being decorated. Almost as soon as he had gotten used to the feeling she stopped and walked over to his side. He could feel her begin working on his mane again and this time just stayed quiet about it, deciding maybe just letting her do her thing will make her leave faster. The moment she spoke he couldn't help himself from looking at her while he ate, listening to her explain the flowers and talking about adding lavender to his hair. He wouldn't tell her he would be completely fine having animals get these darned flowers out of his hair, so he just huffed back at her. He wouldn't lie though it was curious to him why she knew so much about flowers or why she had remembered this; but then again it didn't really affect him in any matter, so he didn't really care. For a moment he thought of his brothers and could only picture Helbane snickering at him as the little mare decorated his hair, and he felt just the slightest bit more annoyed at the flowers. He didn't want to be viewed as someone who likes to frolic and be one with nature. Even though the flowers really wouldn't make much of a change on his rugged appearance and cold exterior. Made him look a little odd but what could he say. As soon as she placed another flower, he lifted his head to his full height and looked down at the mare before lowering his face to be in front of hers. Glaring at her and snorting, before turning away once again. He took a few steps in the opposite direction, followed by a flick of his tail a slightly grumpy stomp and a turn of his head to face her and glare some more. He wasn't quite sure why she had such an interest with him, and it was getting him to him. Most often get bored by his lack of speaking, or realize they are better off not irritating the ever-living hell out of him. But she still hadn't gotten the hint. CHRYSANTHEMUM
Even now with the stallion still looking like he wanted nothing to do with her, she continued, carefully placing each flower so that he would be the most magnificent canvas, even putting some buttercups in here to give it a little more pizzazz. Even as he lowered his head and looked her straight in the eyes, she just met his gaze and smiled. His huff and gruff didn't faze her at all, and she moreso felt curious about what made him this way. She wanted to know what made that brain tick and what made him grump about a mare wanting to decorate him with things. And especially why it seemed that he wouldn't speak to her. Was he mute? Did he just prefer to keep quiet? Was he born like this or was it an injury, a choice? She had so many questions about him, yet she had a feeling that he wouldn't answer even a single one. When he started to move away from her, glaring at her once more time, she let him start to walk away, before she gingerly started to follow him. She needed to almost trot to keep up with his large strides, but she didn't mind. As she got up next to him, still stretching her legs to keep up with him, her mande and tail bobbing up and down with her steps, she was smiling the whole time. "You're fun, I want to know more about you. And now you look very handsome as well!"The smile on her velvet lips was very apparent in her golden eyes as well, and she started to hum on the son from before, a pretty little song about a filly with flowers in her hair. It was one she had heard as a baby, and it stuck to her. It came to her especially in situations like these, when she was decorating others with flowers and herbs, or when she was simply happy. Today it was both. "You're really big, you know that? People usually tell me that I'm also quite small, but you're actually really big. Probably about as big as my father is actually."Her tone when speaking about her father was neutral, not telling about anything she might feel about this fact, and she didn't think twice about saying it either. tag; Abaddon / medilic timeline; Past summer

Abaddon couldn't help but sigh as she followed after him once more. He had to give it to her though, she was very persistent and for that he respected her; however, he would have appreciated it more if her attention hadn't been on him. He caught a glimpse of her smiling, and he could feel his skin crawl, her joy was infectious and not in a way he enjoyed. Now as she spoke to him, he turned his head just slightly looking over at her, while on the outside he still seemed pretty neutral about this whole conversation internally he was slightly more confused. He didn't quite get what exactly made him fun to her, he had been ignoring her this entire time; he couldn't fathom what could make that fun for her. He ignored the comment she threw about him being handsome and shook his head. Not exactly at her but more at the situation in general. Here he was stuck with this lady who reeked of optimism and flowers, a combination he did not know could mix into personality but here she was; following him like he was the most entertaining person she had met, and seemingly very interested in bothering him. He listened to her as she began her humming again, if one paid attention to his expression you'd be able to see the moment his frown grew and turned more into scowl. It wasn't that she had a bad voice or anything of the sort, but it just cemented in his brain that she was not the sort of person who should be trying to gain some sort of his attention; also coming with that is that he did not want hers either. Abaddon was honestly starting to believe that she might just be able to have a conversation by herself at this point. He was not fazed by her commenting on his size, it was honestly one physical attribute he quite appreciated about himself. Especially when it made others avoid him, he enjoyed being more on the sinister looking side made it easy to be taken seriously without speaking. Other than his size of course he was well built, strong and battle ready. He was very adamant about being able to fight for himself and his sibling. Still, he listened as she mentioned how he was probably the size of her father, which earned her both a curious look and a nod. He was a little surprised that someone of his stature could have had a creature so well small. He did notice the lack of emotion in her words when speaking of him, which was a little odd to him because of how enthusiastic she was. Either way it wasn't his concern. He kept walking heading towards an area with more shade, seeking to get out of the open. He didn't need anyone else seeing them and wanting to join in on bothering him. He already knew this lady wouldn't be leaving until she wanted too, he just hoped that time was sooner than later. He sped up into an elongated trot, hoping that maybe that will make her give him at least a moment to his own thoughts. Or at the very least tire herself out by catching up to him. He couldn't help the small smirk that played on his lips as he looked to her, to see how his plan was working. He wasn't one to smile but a smirk here and there was something he was fine in giving. Soon he came to a stop as he entered the shade of a few trees that were clustered together. He wasn't quite sure of where he would head to after this, he hadn't gotten to explore very much of this land and that was what he had wanted to do. He just had to figure out what the next spot was on his game plan. He hoped the mare would leave before he figured that out, but if she didn't it wouldn't make too much of a difference. He would still go about his plans as if she wasn't following him around. As he finished thinking about it, he turned his head to stare at her, he wanted to figure out why she was bothering him and what had made her so interested; she had already gotten to decorate him in these flowers, so what was keeping her from trotting away and doing it to the next poor soul who came across her path. He had a scowl on his face while he thought about it, he wondered how she hadn't put herself in harm's way by attempting this with someone who wouldn't tolerate her antics at least to some degree. And also, probably because all he could smell were these darned flowers and it was truly starting to make him feel like he had to sneeze. CHRYSANTHEMUM
Once again she didn't get any sort of reply from him, other than a quiet nod, so she was really starting to think that the man was mute by now. Curious, very curious. Since the mare was already following the other, half trotting at his side to keep up, there was no issue for her to pick up the pace when he did the same, quickly trotting ahead of her. Deciding to look at it almost like a little game, she decided to step up into a gallop, doing a little buck and everything. Seeing him stop a distance away in the shade of some trees, she followed him there. Shaking her head a little from the gallop and the buck, she smiled towards him before slowing down as she joined his side again, obviously feeling quite refreshed from her little bolt, and no, she was not deterred from following him around. Sure, even she knew that she wouldn't do so forever, but right now she was all too curious about who he was to let him just disappear from her sight. "That was fun! You have a nice stride, y'know?"Shrugging herself off from any debris and flowers that might have gotten stuck to her coat, she then looked out over the green plains that stretched out before them. She found it very beautiful, although maybe not as plentiful with flowers and herbs as many meadows around these lands. Not many useful ones at least, but these blanket flowers that she had put on him were plentiful, covering parts of the plains almost completely, just like their name. "My name is Chrysanthemum by the way, but you can call me Chrys, everyone does. But I'm guessing that you won't tell me your name... Or maybe you can't... Well, nevertheless, I'll just call you Mr Prickly until I know your name. You know, because your personality is a little prickly, like a cactus."She said it with a grin so wide that there would be no doubt that she didn't say that to be mean, but she fully meant it as a compliment. She usually had a nickname for everyone she met, especially if she didn't know their name. tag; Abaddon / medilic timeline; Past summer

Abaddon shook his head in response to her speaking out about how the short run, at least for her that was. He couldn't quite tell if she amused him or not with her stubbornness, but it was a little funny how she would not get the hint to leave him alone. His ear flicked back when she complimented his stride, a silent acknowledgment that he had heard her. When she turned to look over the field he gave her a glance over, he couldn't deny that she was a sight for sore eyes; even if it was an overly sweet, and possibly too energetic sight for him. He turned his head to look over the meadow with her, not quite sure what she had been staring at. The meadow was insanely empty to him, and he didn't see anything too interesting to catch his attention. Either way he didn't mind and just shrugged it off before turning his entire body towards her as she spoke. His eyes furrowed slightly at her name, a mouthful for sure, and at moments like this he was happy his name had been simple. His ear flicked as she acknowledged his lack of speaking but he said nothing or did nothing to confirm that for her. But as she gave him a nickname he scowled and a slightly overdramatic huff came from him in return, while yes, he could definitely be prickly he thought he had been being quite nice to this lady; at least for his standards that is. As she grinned, he had a feeling that he was not special in this regard, and he once more felt just a splash of empathy for anyone who had to deal with this girl. He honestly almost wanted to just tell her his name so she wouldn't call him by that little nickname she made, but he decided quickly that it didn't bother him enough to make him want to bother with the whole talking thing; he knew without a doubt then she would not be able to shut up and he would like to avoid that if he could. He wasn't quite sure what to do next in all honesty, he could just let her follow him around for a little longer, if she so pleased too anyway. He started walking towards the edge of the meadow which was quite a bit away from them so he knew that the little lady beside him would start chatting him up again. This time however he didn't start walking any faster, he knew it wouldn't be of much help either way. Words: 435 Tag: Chrys/ faeriiefox Time: Last summer LAIKA OF GS!

CHRYSANTHEMUM
Yes, there would take alot to make this mare to shut up, which people around her had noticed pretty quickly as soon as she had met them. She had no hesitation about talking freely with people, no matter what face they put on, no matter how much they tried to be scary or off-putting. She was who she was, and it wouldn't change just because someone looked at her weirdly or tried to get her to leave. She'd never be cruel if she noticed that someone truly needed to be alone for any reason, but in a case like this, with a man who just wanted to be alone just for his own wants? Nah, she wanted to talk to him, she wanted to see what made him tick, what it would take for him to give up that prickly attitude of his. She really wanted to try and make him smile.Since he was seemingly quite restless, she soon watched him start to walk again, towards the edges of the meadow they were currently in. Where was this man going? What was he thinking about since he was constantly mobing like this? Was he still trying to get away from her? He wasn't running, so it didn't seem like it, but she wasn't too sure. He seemed like he had no patience. Bummer. As she decided to follow him, she quickly caught up to him, starting to hum on that song again, but soon turning it into singing, her voice carrying the notes easily, like she had done it a million times, which she probably had by now as well. "I had a dream of a boy who loved me and, We danced in the leaves of an orange tree. Late as we walked oh we laughed while we talked. And we thought of the leaves of the orange tree..."She continued to sing, the song clear but slow, just turning up here and there in its' tunes. She was happy and cheerful, just like she always was, and there wasn't a single threatening thing about her. That was probably why her father was such a sourpuss towards her. tag; Abaddon / medilic timeline; Past summer
