► FRIENDSHIPS, she is driven solely on her need to serve a greater good, and found that cause within the light alliance. though the thread is still in progress, adora will find a deep admiration for queen nixi and is comfortable devoting her skills to her without question. as a new leader in the land, she is seeking connection and those she can find comfort in. still, adora is young, full of life & carries some of that child-like innocence in her big blue eyes. she likes adventure and has a wild side (not that she would admit it). she’s spent a lot of her life learning to adapt, but she still feels like she’ll never be more than her past.

► CO LEADER, COUNCIL MEMBERS, please regard this thread to see the open positions within sunset shores. i would like to get a small guard set up and find a second in command / potential co-leader (tentative) + fill her council positions of commander & high priestess. as things go, more positions on her council will become available - please feel free to hit me if you have something ideas! adora was a princess who chose to be a soldier, and even though her alignment is that of peace, she wants her herd to be prepared for anything while there is an active war going on no matter how close to the end it is.

► HERD MEMBERS, ALLIANCES, having spent a short time in meraki woods, adora has recently claimed sunset shores. it was important for her to focus on learning the land as well as meeting with the members she inherited in doing so. upon first arriving to WE, she did a lot of wandering and exploring through the free lands. adora has always been a social equine, now with a land to lead she is looking to strengthen bonds between those she’s already met and those she has yet to meet. she understands the importance of a support system beyond her own walls. adora is also kind; she takes care of the underdogs, and stands up for what she believes in. naturally nurturing, adora is good to those who are good to her.

► ENEMIES, NEMESIS, both personal and within alliances. adora doesn’t back down from a fight, nor does she like authority where it doesn’t belong. she is not easily swayed, a little manipulative herself given life’s circumstances and the mare hates the patriarchy. adora is already going to be occupied with being tormented by harlan & zeitgeist, but that doesn’t mean there’s not more room for some hardcore hateship going on! on a lighter note, i’d love to have that ‘they don’t hate each other but they sure as hell act like they do’ type of frenemy going on, and petty squabbles just for the fun of it. if you ask harlan, adora has a thing for stealing husbands … could be fun?

► LOVERS, CHOSEN MATE, the romance department is a little tricky. she was betrothed to the heir to her homeland after he was promised to another, and besides the bitter ex she’s now dealing with … he tainted her perception of intimacy. i don’t have any solid ideas right now, but she i wants angst. inevitably, finding someone to co-lead alongside her at the shores is her goal, but her skepticism will keep this from happening for a time. flings and future baby daddies, please apply! i’m not in a hurry to find her someone right off unless it just works.

JUNI! , ideas as promised! (Consult my logbook for full details!)

Friendships: I would really love for Adora and Regina to be friends. Regina was recently part of Sunset Shores, but she left for Rain Forest Beach when Solovey became Light King. Solovey is her best friend and her lover. There’s a very tragic plot coming up that is going to end up with Regina in the Underworld – long story I can ping you about haha – but I think she and Adora would really get along. Regina is adventurous and social and all sorts of things. She’s not a fighter, but is currently fighting Harlan so maybe these two can relate more than I thought?

Regina also has a son with Solovey and a stillborn daughter who will end up in Utopia. I would love if Adora and Regina’s son Atakan formed some sort of connection, given Atakan is soon going to have no parents around (part of the plot). Maybe something like adoptive mother? Atakan is going to be feeling pretty lost, directionless, and powerless, and maybe by working with Adora he can find those purposes and things. This does mean Atakan could eventually end up in Sunset Shores instead of Rain Forest Beach, and maybe ascend over time in the rankings as things develop?

Alliances: Maybe Adora and Gavin could talk? Gavin leads Eacarrah and he certainly could use some allies haha. Eacarrah got raided by the Helkaer a few months back. Gavin was thrust into leadership unexpectedly and has spent a lot of time grappling with that. After the Helkaer raided him, Gavin got help from the Versai via an Angel of Utopia, so he is on Utopia’s side in the war and declared Eacarrah for Utopia as well.

It could also be interesting for Adora to meet Saniyya, if there’s any interest in learning more about what the Versai are about. I’d love for Sani to make some connections beyond the Light Royals.

Enemies: I’d kind of want to see how she and Rianne get along – Rianne always makes enemies, and she’ll likely either hate Adora or unwillingly respect her. Could fit the frenemy thing you’re looking for potentially.?

Sunfrost weeee! sorry this took so long but hi, hello, i’m excited.

with how similar they are, regina & adora would make great friends. i really do think that adora could be a good support system for her as things happen which, def feel free to DM me on disc with the tea! both being social and adventurous, they’d probably make each other feel “young” and i think that’s cute lol. the harlan thing would make a great point of bonding, especially because harlan is going to torment the crap out of her for the long haul 🤪

now, for atakan, this could happen directly because of her and regina’s friendship. i can absolutely see adora stepping up for him when he needs it. maybe by the time regina goes to the underworld they’ve already had some interaction? adora loves to spar, rough house, play around so it could start out as that when regina is still in the waking world and once she’s gone, adora would do whatever she could to protect him/raise him? she is wholeheartedly dedicated to the light alliance and could offer him purpose + training.

for ascending in ranks, i’d love to see how atakan works out as future co-leader. if she set him up to be commander of the guard, i could see her deciding to promote him to second after a short time. would be really cool to see how far that goes, if adora’s child takes over the shores someday it would be nice to have a capable second to guide. (nobody @ me for planning so far ahead)

a gavin & adora alliance would be awesome! if he’s got some fresh wounds caused by the helkaer, they can surely relate in some way, right? adora is also new to leadership but well embraced the roll so she could always be someone to lean on.

i’m so down to get some insight on the versai, and just on a personal level i feel like these two would threat well together!

rianne sounds like the perfect frenemy! could be high tension most of the time with that little butterfly rizz. adora would probably loathe herself for respecting ‘someone like her’ (she’s rude, we love rianne)

JUNI! sorry it took me so long to respond!

For Regina/Adora/Atakan: Love love LOVE this idea! Yes! I can bring Regina and baby Atakan over to Sunset Shores to say hello and meet? Atakan will definitely need some Light Alliance saving, and I love the potential progression we might have here for him!

For Gavin/Adora: Fantastic! I'm not sure if Gavin will be wandering over to the Light Alliance anytime soon - he is too wary after repeated invasions of his lands by strangers haha - but if Adora wanted to come over and just say she's familiarizing herself with the other herd leaders or something like that, that could make sense?

For Saniyya/Adora: Honestly, I visualize Adora visiting Mersa in the Highlands just out of curiosity about the Versai, especially given she's new to WE and these different factions and things. Perhaps either of us could start this one and we could have them run into each other, Adora seeking because she's curious and Saniyya just guarding around?

And for Rianne meeting Adora, I have an idea for this one <3 Let me see if it'll work out...
