G A L A X Y. Demons lurking upon their borders. Herd members being stolen. It was only a matter of time before the situation in Eacarrah grew dire. While Galaxy would have much preferred staying out of things, considering that the feud truly had little to do with him... He could not. Not any more. The chaos could soon consume his home, and he'd be damned if he let that happen while he stood idly by. His family had been through enough trauma and terror for one life time. It was not fair to let them endure more. Perhaps for that reason, it would have seemed more logical to stay in Eacarrah - to avoid venturing out and getting into trouble, and instead, fortifying their defences. But unless the Utopians started taking it to their opponents more, rather than focus on preventative measures, they would not win this war. And it was only if the Utopians won that Galaxy's family would be safe. With his mate and two children... He could not risk any other alternative.
No one knew of his past. Of how he had almost met his end, and how it had been Lady Rasa and Lord Spike who had ensured that that would not happen. This was years ago, now... Actually, it felt like a lifetime ago. It was a time he tried not to focus on too much, for it included memories that were immensely painful. Everything had turned out, but the journey to get there had been torturous. Both physically, and emotionally. It had begun when he had been stolen. Taken away from the Highlands and dragged to the Outlands, the home of the Helkaer - his childhood home. Granted, the territory he had been held captive in was far unlike Tomorrowland, but still. He had been kept in the dark, asked questions he did not know the answer to. Interrogated over and over, as if his captor - Sly - was certain she could drag the information she sought from him. He had shared what he knew, but it wasn't quite what she searched for. He would never be able to satisfy her investigation. He had not gotten to learn what she would do with him once he stopped becoming useful to her, however, as Kynneta - Louvieta, at the time - had showed up to confront the Helkaer. It was still perplexing as to why Sly had allowed Louvieta to see him so easily. The only explanation he and his mate could come up with was that this offered Sly the chance to sick her cambion upon him, so that Louvieta was forced to watch him become infected. So that she could see just how easily Sly could cause his death. Well, little did Sly know that he had survived that ailment, thanks to the Lord and Lady of Utopia. There was so much more to the story, after he and Louvieta had departed the Outlands.
But here he was again - in a dominion that was neither Tomorrowland, nor Oinaze. But it was in the Outlands, nonetheless... Home to a Helkaer. He had heard a rumour that the brotherhood had allied with the Underworld, no surprise there. But if that was true, any of the Outlands would likely house opponents of Utopia. Perhaps he was too bold coming here... Perhaps he was stupid. But he was trying to make a difference, the only way he knew how. He lingered at the edge of the territory, unsure how he wanted to tackle this - but the decision was made for him. Mere moments after his arrival, did a stranger begin to come his way...
