A warm, gentle breeze teased at the inky locks of a petite angel as she paused for a moment in her frolicking. Closing her eyes, she lifted her muzzle upwards, enjoying the perfect weather of Utopia.
Not that she was really opposed to the more turbulent weather of the mortal plane. In truth, she found it rather fascinating to be buffetted about by wild winds, drenched by pouring rain, nigh buried by falling snow, and other turbulent sorts of weather to be found outside of Utopia.
Still, it was nice to have such perfection to return to whenever time out adventuring was done, especially during those times when her soul was in turmoil. She could never be sure when those moments would spring upon her, leaving her breathless and shaking. At least her strength had, for the most part, returned. Yet even now there were times when she felt weary beyond measure, for no readily identifiable reason. Aside from it being some residual effect from the time she had been trapped on the mortal plane.
Shivering a little at where her thoughts had wandered, Talia opened her eyes again to view the perfection around her. Stretching feathered wings, folding them against her sides before fluffing them, she then stretched them out again and leaped into the air. With a cheerful squeal, she swept higher, mismatched hazel and brown eyes scanning around for any sign of fellow Utopians she might cheer up. Lady Rasa had given her the task to be a friend to her fellow Utopians and bring them happiness. Which was exactly what she intended to do. Her brother was back home, thank goodness! She had been so excited and relieved to see him, and Cadence, too, of course! She liked Cadence as Lord, but Leviathan was her brother, and she had missed him dearly. She had fretted and worried about him day after day, though had not dared ask her mother when he would be returning. She had just told herself that it would happen when it was the right time to happen. Surely fate would like let someone as kind as her brother waste away in the Underworld! Thankfully, he hadn't ended up like Nehemiah, consumed by the Mists, and instead was back home - though he spent much of his time out in the mortal world, trying to aide their mother in the war she had declared. Hayyel didn't understand war at all. It seemed mighty pointless to her, in all honestly, because why on earth were they wasting valuable time and resources with fighting each other when they could be helping each other? She wrinkled her nose in thought as she walked through the tall swaying grass of Utopia, letting out a gentle sigh. Hopefully, there would be an end to this war without too much chaos...
Her thoughts became sidetracked as she spotted another angel, one she was friendly with, though how could she not be? Talia was a lovely, wonderful girl! Hayyel really liked spending time with her, and even though she was older now, she still quite liked hanging out with Talia and playing games and having fun. Perhaps the two of them could go flying! They both seemed to enjoy that, and flying was always doubly as enjoyable with someone soaring alongside you. "Talia!" she neighed in pleasant greeting, her eyes up toward the blue sky where Talia was. Without hesitating, Hayyel spread her own large wings and propelled herself up and into the air, giggling and flying in the direction of the other Utopian. "Hiya!"
