Just finished Voyage of Slaves by Brian Jacques a couple of days ago and before that was The Princess Bride by William Goldman.
Enjoyed both immensely!

Yesterday I finished Once Upon A Broken Heart by Stephanie Garber. I actually read it last year, but I'm doing a reread since the third book in that trilogy just came out!
This is a spin-off, sort of a sequel series to the Caraval series, which is just amazing. Magic, paranormal creatures, conniving and scheming characters that are also soooo loveable. There are touches of romance in both series, all spice-free but the romances are longer burns rather than super cheesy. I'm honestly enjoying the spin off more, but that's because I fell in love with one of the main characters when he was in the original series!

Finished Blood And Honey by Shelby Mahurin last night! I know it seems like I’m suddenly reading a lot, but I’ve been working on finishing that book for the last year 😬
100/10 recommend the Serpent And Dove series! A really cool take on witches/paranormal creatures with some nice romance that isn’t super cheesy (and without spice for those who aren’t a fan). I’m obsessed with it, just have been struggling to read in general!

Finished The Ballad Of Never After by Stephanie Garber (book 2 to the one I finished a few days ago).
I know it looks like I’m on a roll, but I promise this won’t last for much longer lmao
