ESSENTIALS: By signing up to be a member of the Deadly Council, you are agreeing to become a part of the seven most trusted members of hell, outside of the ruling pair and the beta. It is your responsibility to keep your circle active and provide evidence or you risk losing as such.

I. The king and queen of the underworld rule the abysmal depths and shall be minded at all times. Any discrepencies with loyalty and obediance shall be dealt with according to the serverity of the offense. Be aware that you are priviledged to role-play your characters as you wish, but consequences exist and A z z y and Roman also have their right to write Xerxes and Teca's reactions accordingly. It is advised that any large offenses to the Underworld be thoroughly contemplated before engaging as it may result in stripping of a character's rank/powers and even exile from the depths to Asphodel. Punishments will be discussed with the player of the trespassing demon/equine before decisions will be made/enforced.
II. The Deadly Council are a select group of seven demons. These demons have been chosen due to their loyalty to Xerxes and Teca and the commitment they have shown to gain this title. Council positions are granted once a demon has expressed an interest in doing so and has completed the relevant tasks to gain this position. Activity as a council member must be maintained to not risk the loss of their position. Council members are specifically requested to attend any meetings. Their position is challengeable should another express an interest. As a council member, these demons have the power to possess individuals as well as give out miracles in return for things. Council members are responsible for the reaping of souls that they believe fit their circle. The souls may be reaped willingly or stolen from mortals or afterlife beings. To maintain this rank, a point Value of 50 must be earned every 6 months.
III. Trespassing/betraying/turning your back on the Underworld is highly illegal in the eyes of the kingdom and will warrant immediate investigation for severity. Punishment is guaranteed to be enforced, but options will be discussed with the involved players before any decisions will be made. Be aware that even with discussion, some violations of the laws placed may only have the option of exile/ejection to Asphodel due to severity. A z z y and Roman as the rulers of the Underworld reserve the right to strip ranks/powers as seen fit and even eject a soul from hell. This is why it is advised to contemplate any/all offenses planned towards the underworld. If you are ever concerned or have any questions before something is done, please feel free to contact A z z y and/or Roman via PM or discord. We can let you know what consequences could be for inquired about actions and maybe even plot something out to work in your favour. We want open communication for all the denizens of hell and their respective players. If you do something without consulting us, be aware of the risks.
IV.
Whilst the demons are encouraged to use freewill and do as they please if it favours the Underworld, they are also reminded that they follow the rule of Xerxes & Teca. It is therefore respectfully requested that when a demon is assigned a task, the completion of such is essential. Demons who have a ranked position and fail to complete an assigned task will be stripped of their rank and have to earn it back.
Demons are also to be reminded that any ally of the Underworld, as listed in The Favored section of these stats are safe from steals & attacks from The Underworld. Personal alliances/relationships between demons & mortals that are NOT under this category does not guarantee safety from The Underworld and demons are to be reminded of such. Having a child with a lord/lady/demon that results in a successful cambion, does NOT guarantee safety for the mother/father of the child. Only the cambion is of value to the Underworld.
V.
Going forwards, ranks & positions BELOW that of Xerxes & Teca may be challenged for. A demon must first present their challenge to the Lord & Lady and explain the reasons for the challenge. If the Lord & Lady agree, the challenge may then be taken to the demon in question. How it is resolved will be between the two players and the outcome decided before being reported back to the Lord & Lady.
NOTE: (If something happened IC without some obvious connection for the Lord and Lady to catch you, we will respect not Meta-gaming the situation)
MAINTAINING YOUR POSITION AND CLAIMING A CIRCLE.
To maintain your position as a Deadly Council Member, it is your responsibility to keep it active. You must gain 150 points respectively every 6 months for your position to remain safe. For new council members, the first three months of your position will be safe from challenges. However, it is preferred that you continue to gather points. Points accrued over 150 in the first 6 months will not be carried over to the next, however additional points may result in further perks down the line.
Land Guardian - 50pts per completed thread/10 points per starter
Please refer to The Black Book for a list of the allied lands.
Soul steal
Mortal or immortal soul steals are worth 5 points for an attempt, 15 points if the steal is successful.
NOTE if the character stolen is relevant to the Circle ruled over, a successful steal is worth 20 points.
Conversion
To convert a Utopian Mortal ally to the side of The Underworld is worth 40 points upon completed thread.
To convert an Angel to the Underworld is worth 60 points upon completed thread.
Indulgence
To encourage a mortal to indulge in the sin your character represents.

General activity
General activity throughout Wild Equines will also be rewarded.

Completed thread: 20 points
Bespoke task from the Lord or Lady of The Underworld
Points for this will vary upon task set and can be anywhere from 10 - 50 points, this is decided by Xerxes or Mictecacihuatl. To get a bespoke task from the Lord or Lady, you will need to approach them IC but make it known in the OOC portion of your thread that this is to request a bespoke task.
