They are the rulers of the Afterlife. They have been granted great powers from the river that emerges from the Unknowable Mist and are the most powerful beings on Wild Equines.

Rulers of Their Realm
As the rulers of either Utopia or the Underworld, the Lords and Ladies are the ones who lay down the rules and expectations of their respective followers. Failure to follow rules can result in that follower's banishment from the realm. The Lords and Ladies may also reward followers with higher ranks and abilities.

Recruit Followers
The Lords and Ladies can recruit any Asphodel residents to join either Utopia or the Underworld and may set certain tasks for the equine to complete before they are accepted into the realm. Asphodel residents may also approach the Lords and Ladies for entry into their respective realms.

Altered Appearances
While all those in the Afterlife may choose to appear healthy or in the state they died in, the Lords and Ladies can do a bit more. They may adjust their physical appearance at will and may adjust the appearances of their followers as well. These visual changes will not alter their breeding genetics and the effects on their followers will only last a day or two.

Higher Powers
There are certain perks for the positions of Lord and Lady. These rulers all can utilize any of these powers, given they have permission from the roleplayer of the effected character.
